- What is Lypp?
- Lypp is a next generation conference calling service. Lypp Conferencing is a replacement for your traditional conference calling service AND a great and easy way of creating and managing conference calls from your phone, web browser, Outlook or mobile device.
- How do I get started?
- Simply create a Lypp account. There's no charge to sign up and it takes seconds to do so. To use any of our mobile features, you'll need to associate your mobile phone number and IM user ID with Lypp, but you don't need to do this if you simply want to start with our regular conferencing service.
- How much does Lypp cost?
- Lypp Conferencing pricing is simple. All North American calls are billed at $0.09 per minute per user. For partner wholesale rates and high volume accounts, give us a call at +1 (877) 422-6644 for full details. It's free to sign up and if you don't use our service you'll never be billed.
- Can I cancel my service without jumping through hoops?
- Yes, and you can do so at any time. Simply stop using the service and you won't be billed, or you'd like to delete your account from our system you can do so from within your account at any time. Even if you decide our service isn't for you, we recommend keeping your account active so that if you ever decide to start using Lypp again you won't need to create a new account and receive a new PIN.
