Refund Policy

Each Lypp plan fee includes minutes you can use within each 30-day billing cycle. The plan fee is charged at the beginning of the billing cycle. You will also be charged at the end of the billing cycle for any minutes you use in excess of your plan ("overage fees"). For example, if you selected the Lypp 250 plan, you'll get 250 minutes per month. If you use 300 minutes in the first month, we'll bill you at the beginning of the billing cycle for the plan fee and at the end of the billing cycle for overage fees for the 50 extra minutes at the rate specified in your plan.

Cancellations

Once you cancel you won't be charged again for your Lypp plan fee and you can continue to use Lypp until the end of your current billing cycle. You will be charged for any overage fees at the end of your current billing cycle. For example, if your billing cycle is on the 12th of every month, and you cancel on the 16th, we will not refund your plan fee for the current month, but you won't be charged for your plan fee again on the next anniversary of your subscription. At the end of your current billing cycle you will be charged for any overage fees.

How do I cancel or downgrade my account?

You can cancel or downgrade your account at any time by logging in at http://lypp.com and clicking on the My Account > Edit My Account areas and you will be able to downgrade to a lower plan or cancel your paid service. If you downgrade your plan, your new plan and rates will be effective at the beginning of your next billing cycle ( i.e. your billing cycle will not change and your existing plan will continue until the end of your current billing cycle).
